EFFECT OF THE 2021 COVID-19 PANDEMIC ON DELIVERIES 

Please note that shipping is busier than usual this year. With many brick-and-mortar stores closing, people are shopping online more than ever. This is causing a worldwide slowdown in deliveries. 

In addition, due to the current worldwide COVID-19 pandemic, postal services are running at a limited capacity for the safety of everyone involved. This may also cause delays to the delivery of your order. 

These delays are out of our control. We continuously monitor this situation and update delivery estimates on our checkout page accordingly. 

Once your order ships, you'll receive your tracking number. On occasion, tracking numbers provided may take longer than usual to update and may only update once they arrive to the final destination for final delivery. 

We are here to help and if you have any queries whatsoever please be sure to contact us so we may assist. We will make sure we get your order to you safely and as swiftly as possible. 

SHIPPING TIMES 

Please allow 1-4 days for your order to process. Please be sure to add this processing time to your shipping estimates. 

Once your order has been marked as shipped you will receive an email with a tracking number. Once the tracking is accepted, the estimated timeframes shown below then come into effect.

IF A PACKAGE IS DELAYED OR NOT DELIVERED 

The timeframes below are estimates, please consider that delays can occur. 

Factors that commonly affect international shipments, include weather delays, holidays and customs inspections, which is why we are unable to guarantee shipping times, so please do use our express shipping service at checkout if you require something quickly. 

Wrong address 

We are not responsible if a package is undeliverable because of missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information. We do our best to avoid errors by verifying the shipping information with every customer in the order confirmation. 

Costs to reship the package will be invoiced to the customer 

Marked as delivered 

If an item is marked as successfully delivered by the domestic postal service in your country (eg: USPS/Canada Post) to the correct address provided upon ordering but has not successfully arrived to you we will endeavour to resend a replacement order to you. 

This is left to the discretion of Posh Paws & Mogs, however in this specific scenario we cannot issue a refund.

Import taxes / refusal of package 

We will not be responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs fees under any circumstances. 

If the order arrives at your country and... 

The customer refuses to accept the package

No attempt is made in the country of destination to deliver the package.

We deserve the right to abandon the package(s) and will not be responsible for any refund.
